How does Reflexivo work?
Reflexivo is an interactive coaching-training platform that uses AI to offer personalized support:
- Choose your framework: pick ICF or EMCC depending on your path.
- Set your goal: select a specific competency to work on, let the tool suggest a tailored path, or share your improvement focus from mentoring, supervision, peer practice, or session reviews.
- Practice in realistic situations: Reflexivo presents lifelike coaching contexts. For each scenario, you’ll see four possible responses. Your mission: identify the best (or sometimes the worst, depending on the exercise) response according to your chosen framework.
- Get personalized feedback: the AI analyzes your choice and explains why certain responses fit better than others, based on professional standards. Challenge Reflexivo, ask questions — it’s there to respond.
- Progress at your own pace: track your evolution and spot growth areas to develop your practice.

Are my date secure ?
Protecting your data is our priority. We comply with GDPR. Your information is stored securely and never shared with third parties unless you authorize it.
How can I track my progress?
Your personal dashboard lets you track progress in real time. You can view performance and completed exercises, and get recommendations to optimize your learning. Every interaction is designed to help you move forward.
Can I try the tool for free?
Yes. We offer an initial limited access so you can explore the features and see if it fits your needs. Sign up to get started today.

How can I contact support?

Which personal data does Reflexivo use?
Only what’s necessary: account info (name, email), what you choose to share about your profile and learning goals (to personalize training), your session history (60 days), and minimal technical data.
What happens after 60 days?
Your history is anonymized: identifiers removed, metadata generalized, k-anonymity control (k = 5) applied, then used in aggregate to improve the service.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. From your account or via the dedicated form, we delete your history (≤ 60 days) and your account. Data already anonymized are not linkable to you.
Do you use my data to train the AI?
We may use anonymized training sessions to improve Reflexivo’s exercises. Our AI providers do not use our API data to train their general models.
Which AI models do you use?
We publicly list the model families in use (e.g., GPT-4.x, Claude 4.x). This list may evolve without changing the purpose of processing.
Do data leave the EU?
Some AI API calls may transit outside the EU. They are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and data-minimization measures.
Do you use an analytics tracking tool?
By default, no analytics tool is active. If one is added (e.g., GA4 with consent or Matomo in consent-exempt mode), you’ll be informed and can choose via the consent banner.
What should I avoid sharing in chat?
Please avoid real identities or sensitive data. Prefer anonymized examples and fictitious first names. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which professional coaching frameworks can Reflexivo train me on?
Reflexivo currently uses the ICF (International Coaching Federation) framework.
